still needing the endone about every second day. this arthritis is so painful. no pain from the FM though. perspiration has a few outbreaks, but once it has settled it is usually okay for the rest of the day.

we have just had Australia Day. non-indigenous people celebrate the day when the first fleet finally landed. our indigenous people, and a quite large percentage of others call it Invasion Day. yesterday there was a protest march by one side, and a parade by the other. no violence. i am so proud of our indigenous people showing the world how to differ without violence.

i did sweetie. but i do have days when the arthritis does not present with pain. i prefer to take the endone when the pain starts to become too much to bear. i know the difference between the types of pain i feel, and handle each on it's own merits.

not shocked, but yeah, losing weight might give you a longer life and certainly a healthier one. Doing it slowly but surely is usually wiser though. That way you will lose fat and not just water, and it will stay off.

My problem has always been late night snacking. I can go the whole day without food then I just gorge at night. However I have taken up making Airfix models for my WW Two room (tanks, aeroplanes etc) so that keeps my hands from wandering into the fridge

not eating food all day long CAUSES the night bingeing, worzel. It is called 'catching-up hunger'. If you want to know how that works, I can explain, but all you really need to know is, DO eat a breakfast, DO eat a lunch, DO eat a dinner. And eat a healthy little snack in between meals, and no more eating after 9 pm.

I know. Di sits there laughing for the most part when he does it but sometimes she cringes. Most of his expressions are sensible but I've taught him to say some other things.
