Hannah, my house is haunted by a small boy whose father killed him and his sister and left their mother for dead. The little boy is mischievous, turns things on and off, taps you on the shoulder and when you look round there's no-one there. Things were far worse when my children and grandchildren were small. Now things just jump off shelves and stuff gets moved around. It is a lot quieter. I think you said you were a teenager, it will all improve as you get older.
