I love water exercise! Easy because the water holds me up. I wish I had a pool to use. I did water exercises at therapy in their fill-up thing. It really worked well after I busted up my foot.

He took it well. I was actually amazed! I'm hopping mad. I think maybe he's not quite ready yet? He said he thinks he needs to heal up more - after all, it has only been about 3 weeks since they put the controller in, and he is still sore.

yes he will still be a bit sore...after all there was a hole in his skull. but the sooner the controller starts doing it's job the better. i would think the pain he is having is probably the last of the bruising.

His head seems to be ok, it's the battery pack in his chest that seems to be bothering him. Of course, he tried to use his weed whacker harness and it hurt. He knew it wouldn't work out, but still tried. He's keeping busy, though. He has made several arrows and is working to complete a set. They're beautiful!

An acre in the Sierra foothills of Calif needs lots of weed whacking! He has hired two different guys to come do what he couldn't. Now he's trying to keep the rest under control. Rains have stopped, so the weeds will die soon.
