Good news today, one of the biggest fires locally was 100% contained, and another highway was reopened for through traffic past the other fire, so things are looking up. sorry, got called away for work...no meds just yet, at least. doc didnt want to do any injections based on the site of the pain. after my checkup this week, depending on progress, she may recommend custom orthotics.

ive had this pain for years + just lived with it.
the doctor i saw last year had nothing more to offer than "buy new shoes"
