Well there is proof positive in this country that such cover-ups were rampant. Absolute unavoidable proof that the hierarchy knew of child abuse incidents & all that was done was that the offending priests were moved to different parishes. This can only be criminal complicity. Nothing else.

Absolutely! And we want that to come out and for them to be prosecuted. But that doesn't mean that ALL priest and ALL Catholics are complicit. They aren't. And I'm not abandoning my church or my faith over those bad seeds.

Yes. She has fatty tumors and one was sort of weeping, but it was just an external scratch. They did another biopsy and it's fine. It just freaked me out - I overreacted.

She's now on a diet - has to lose 10 lbs. She actually weighs about 20 more than typical for her breed, but she is just big in general. My other dog doesn't eat enough to keep a bird alive.
