actually went to the gp yesterday, because the dizziness only got worse. Seems I have a case of BPPD, a vestibular dysfunction :( No driving or riding a bicycle until it passes. And very very careful walking, and navigating the stairs.

Sprite, sorry you're dealing with this, it sucks. My chiro fixes mine when it acts up. I tried the Epley at home and guess I did it backwards or something - leave it to me, lol! But I was fine 15 minutes later. IF the Epley will fix what you have - I just call it vertigo. My senses don't stop moving when my head stops, and it certainly isn't being dizzy.
