i am absolutely shattered today. it was the annual Toy Run today, when all the bikies and bikers in Melbourne ride over to a 'central' location and drop off new toys to one of our big charities, in time for christmas. a 1 1/2 hour drive each way, most of it at 100k/p/h. up at 7am for church beforehand.

seain, with my multiple allergies i have very few resources for pain relief. i am taking paracetamol ( your tynelol) extra strength, ibuprofen(nurofen) and oxycodone, slow release and fast release.

at some point, you are beyond the help of normal painkillers. Then, it is all about managing the pain, and that drains your energy faster than you can imagine.

seain i know. that's why the ketamine infusions are so important. they reset my body pain levels.

i also have infusions of magnesium which allows that to enter the cells and stay there. the cells release the magnesium slowly until just before my next infusion is due. (now 16 weeks) when i go in Jan 7th it will be close to 22 weeks. which is why i am becoming so desperate.
