-- No. It'snot like that..
The amount of sleep is an indicator of how good your body is. Babies sleep almost 20-22 hours, children sleep 12-15 hours.. Slowly the hours reduces.
If you can sleep 8-10 hours when you are 60, it means your body is as fit as a 35 year old's.

I am getting 4-5 hours of sleep... now at 45 years of age.. not really good..

I could sleep up to 10 hours when I was 60. After 70, though the kidney signals kicked in and I was up every 3 hrs. At 78 now, I can still sleep six, up to the bathroom, then back for 2 or 4 more hrs depending on what's on my dance card for the day. Sleeping is about the only think I do really well.
