((Gapeach)) Mother is holding up bles her. it is my father you is in a bad way now. He was in hospital for five days then decided to discharge himself as he was not getting better and the meds he was on was makin git very hard for him to breathe.

I know it has to be so difficult for you and your sister......I went through a rough time when my foster father was failing (he was 89) and my mother 80....had them an apartment next to me.....my youngest daughter was scheduled for open heart surgery in March in Louisville, KY and I went over to their house before leaving.....I told Mom that Dad needed eo be in the hospital.....he didn't want to go....and I had to get on the road. I left and he died the day after daughters surgery. Brought Mom to Louisville and she stayed with us until we could take my daughter home. It makes it so difficult when they don't want to do what needs to be done. Does he have COPD?
