We get credit for every day. I often help as an assistant, but I want to be able to lead groups as well. That is what the training is for.
Family constellations is a therapy form in which you focus on a theme in your life and then put stand-ins for all people involved in the room. The way they are placed and the way they interact tells you a lot about the theme.

lol, definitely not. The other ankle is badly contused, and is also in a cast, so it's been a bit of a challenge. We are managing, though, and mostly keeping morale high.

it is a complicated fracture, had to be put to rights in surgery, with lots of metal works. So am looking at at least 6 weeks in a cast, probably a lot longer with a moonboot.
