yes exactly. It is only a couple of weeks a year, not something to invest heavily in. In our house, we could manage. In the trailer, not so much. It is just like an oven, lol. But we escaped to the canoe clubhouse.

I'm fine, thanks. Have been pitying you all in your heatwave, for which most of you (Europeans in general) are so totally unprepared - a once-in -a-decade event, if that. Rose will respond eventually, I'm sure. I read the chog; saw it as nothing more than a discussion between friends, nothing to get one's knickers in a twist about. Hopefully, when she emerges from her dark place, she will see that as well. xx
