10:04 am
MollyL
The best moisturizing tip I've ever gotten was mentioned by welki. Moisturize right after you shower. That means before you dry off. It really helps the skin absorb the moisturizer. Especially if it is oil based.
10:04 am
zoozzoom
So is eczema a condition you can get from diabetes then?
10:05 am
hokie carla
yes, I had some oil spray in my shower that I used before drying off and then I ran out and bought a different kind and it was making my shower too slick and I kept almost falling.
10:05 am
MLFAN17
i need a clue for th first te7 i have the one ending in consumed food pls?

10:06 am

ch1212
hokie carla, I have eczema and psoriasis. About a year ago I started doing this every day -- and of course, immediately after showering: Melted coconut oil from the microwave mixed with frankincense oil, rubbed all over my body.
Last month I went for my annual derm check (skin cancer survivor) and she was amazed --- I only have a couple small spots of psoriasis, eczema is only in one small patch, and she said my skin looked "so healthy!" I'm 64. Also great, and what I used during topical chemo: Aquaphor.
10:07 am
MLFAN17
no idea hokie
10:07 am
