so, i got letters from my SO, which he wrote going up through this past saturday. now, on THURSDAY, when i got his second set of letters, he told me about a thing where i could send him a letter faster, you type it on line and then they print it out and get it to them. i didn't want him spending another weekend with no letter so i immediately did that and thought he would get it friday. but he did not. and i contacted the service and they said well they guarantee they will deliver it to the BASE next day but if the base doesn't hand it out, oh well.
