the shipyard employs 11.5K people and that's not counting all of the contractor support. Ya can't weld a hull from home so there a bunch of parents who are having to take the risk... it's *Thank you Aloy* not like the compartments are huge, they're not, and there may be 15 people working in one of them for different crafts. At last news release (yesterday) I think they have had 10 cases emerge since this started. So they're out of work and people on their crew are potentially out of work. and how do you track who the contractors have been in contact with? Nah, Imma shelter in place unless it's absolutely necessary for me to go somewhere.

I am fortunate though, my job can be done from home. we do road side assistance for company drivers. Some of our clients are labcorp, us foods, kraft, mondelez, all essential drivers right now. BUT our calls have dropped from about 400 per day to about 100 per day if we are lucky.

We have been cushioning it by doing other busy work. My company was just starting to implement work from home opportunities, they just hadn't started anybody yet, and then this hit. So they just escalated a start date, and made it mandatory right now that we all work from home.
