found out hb was 120. too low for me as i have gaisbok syndrome. started on some ferrogradumet and folic acid tabs and have regained the old spring in my step. i kept falling asleep.

and i have decided to go ahead with the neuro implant for my pain. my last session on ketamine was not at all pleasant. i utterly trust my pain doc. who is the person who will be putting it in.

Good luck! I once took care of kids having heart surgery & they used ketamine as 1 of the anesthesias ( back in the early 70â€™s). It could be very scary for those kids waking up; so I never thought theyâ€™d use it on humans aga8n. (My sister is a vet; they use it on horses but they need the horses eyes covered when it wearsoff so they donâ€™t get wild)

i'm not sure which the hardest to cut back on. i loved my steak and chops. and i adore spinach/silverbeet. when i was a little tacker, if i wouldn't eat, all my mother had to do was serve me a plate of silverbeet. i would wolf it down. strange palate for a kid i know.
