The local cops still harass people like my Hubby, and stereotyped him all the time - long hair, tats, biker, obviously a drug dealer or worse, right? They seemed to think so. Drove us nuts. And now the same two or three guys act like they have it in for our son. So tired of it. Wonder how a riot would go over in a town of 300. :P

Had one cop pull into our driveway when our son was younger and insist the thing to do was to force him to join the military, that would "straighten him out". I told him if that was all he had to say, please leave our property.

Same cop "pulled over" my husband on a Cushman headed two blocks to the bar. Said he was drinking and driving without a license. Please. We got him off that one. He was disabled and the ADA (american disabilities act) basically said it was fine for him to use it as an alternative mobility device. Nothing they could do. They FINALLY told the cop to lay off us, after nearly 20 years of obsession on his part.

you're welcome! Wish I had the inclination or soil to garden, good job there! The soil here is horrible, and I'm not up to making major amendments, tilling, or anything like that. I grew things in giant pots for years, but there's a huge garden a couple of blocks down - they sell their overages cheap, now I'm spoiled, haha.
