On my birthday Thanksgiving, my daughters and I synchronized watching Damn Yankees from 3 different cities. We could chat with no one complaining about interrupting. It was so much fun. My point Molly is not that every one followed guidelines, but that we have been through our major holidays during a pandemic and followed CDC recommendations, and learned a lot from the solidarity.

Don't get angry welki - I fullly realize that noe of what is going on is your fault, nor mine, and there is absolutely nothing either of us can do about it. As to Alberta crap --- I don't think so --- go on the dashboard online and look at the stats. As mor mandates -- we have been manated to stay in our household bubbles (residents only) unil Dec. 7 and it is quite likely that that will be extended. Some of the scholls in highly affected areas are going back to virtual learning, and all adult sports have been cancelled, childrens's sports restricted. And everyday we are asked not to travel outside of our community.

I haven't been to Fenway since 2002, when I bought 4 seats from a scalper for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. It was a brutally cold game in May--sleet and freezing rain for three hours before gametime. I kept telling my parents that we didn't need to stay, but they insisted we stay to the very last out. It was a game Pedro Martinez threw a complete game, and then we went to Durgan Park (RIP) for their anniversary dinner. No beer was ordered at the ballpark--my parents are teetotallers.
