I found the big A words, they're basically the same word but the 8 has an extra letter in the middle which makes it look very odd to me. They're the medical name for an eye condition.

Treble, you probably have the O4/6 that forms the heart of the A8. If not, try a non-existing word or one you have already used, and see what Babble tells you.
