Hi,it's Dog Fan here. It was actually MIdol that helped my Iliotibial Band pain, not Motrin. I was stunned that it worked when prescription and OTC pain relievers had not. My doctor said it was better for me to take Midol than an Ibuprofen/Tylenol combo I had been taking. Thanks to whomever suggested it to another player for sciatica pain!!
