Talk about a catch 22: listen to this: PR demands a negative covid test 72 hrs before arrival or 72 hours after arrival. I tried to find a test here in MD and had no luck. So my daughter in law said when you get to PR we will get you tested, no problem. Got to PR and NO TESTS! NOWHERE! That is why schools were closed another week. Kids couldnt get tested. So i could not give them results. So the fine is 300 dollars and when i go back i have to pay it. Bizarre beyond belief. And more bizarre is that there is nowhere to pay the fine! Not on line and we called and no one knows where to pay. More bizarre. Gotta love PR!
