yes, it is. we just had 30 amp at our last stop in FL a couple of weeks ago, and we are better at managing. but the time at Lake Powell we had just bought the motorhome a few months before after having a pop-up. We rented a boat and left our dog inside. I had the crock-pot going as well as both ACs, and it was really hot. we went back at lunch and it was like 88F inside so we figured out what was going on and took the dog back out with us on the boat!

one thing we bought for this trailer is a fancy-schmancy epo surge protector - it'll monitor high and low and shut you down if there's a spike. i learned that low power can damage your trailer as badly as high. it's already shut us down once - it controls the power, so you can turn it back on remotely from your phone. (there's an app for that)
