bones of a roast or turkey in the roast pan it was cooked in, add crushed tomatoes, seasonings, chopped celery and sauteed onion , cover and leave in oven at 225 overnight -- in the moring pul ot the bones, cool, skim off excess fat and voila - the base for your pasta sauce.
