I think what actually happened was I said I would do one month so I was paying the monthly rate and then tried to switch to the annual but there's no way to switch so I did a chat to cancel it so I could re-sign up and then they offered me the cheap one. so you could always go that route.

if you don't have 5G (and many places don't have real 5G), then I'd recommend cable/phone and just get their internet service, you don't need to buy their channels or landline if you don't want it
