Hurshy i am so grateful for being born now. My grandfathers died of heart ailments at younger ages and there was no medicine or knowledge. My grandfather had several heart attacks, starting in his early sixties. And you know what the advice was? FOR HIM TO DO NO EXERCISE. Just the opposite of what we now know. He smoked and NO ONE ADVISED HIM TO STOP SMOKING!!!!!
