Palestine's flag not being here would be either because when Doc made the site, it was not yet recognized as a nation by the UN (which happened in 2012 by majority but what i belive is a non-binding non-unanimous vote), or because the US still is not among those who officially recognize Palestine as a state. I'm guessing it's more the first reason, because if he hasn't updated to newer versions of Enable, it would make sense that he also wouldn't have updated to a newer flag database.
