my husband gets them, he goes to the tangleword solver...sprite has a site where you can do them without seeing them. If my husband isn't here, I tend not to do stats as on my computer I don't know how to get them without seeing the words..takes the fun out...

wordracer gives you the numbers, which it is at the bottom, so you can scroll down without seeing words...but it is not as reliable as tangleword...i think the tangle one uses the babble dictionary :)

Hi everyone....I'm new to this great site (more sleepless nights ahead!). Could someone tell me if it is possible to see the words from yesterdays puzzle........I went to bed at 6am still very concerned about the seven letter - what farmers, policemen and S & M fans do (I've obviously led a sheltered life!) Also - can someone explain "stats". Thanks!

i think the word that i like best today is the y4/7..didn't know it...and not being sheep or goat farmer, it's just one i will add to my list of new words...it means...for goat or sheep to bear young... ;D go figure...

the stats:
they tell you the number or words for each letter and they also tell you the number of letters in all of the words...i find that those really come in handy near the end of the puzzle and if someone has posted the finished stats then you know how many points you are going for...it becomes a big numbers game at the end...;)

sometimes it does me, it has helped me see the weird words that aren't in a2a wordfinder...and sometimes i feel like an idiot when i miss real simple words. it just helps increase your vocab....and wilson, i've been known to look at your list..cause you finish them.... :)

yes it is very addicting..i got on late last night, put in words that i had done at work, i print the puzzle then add my words later...i don't know where i stopped seemed like i was just putting same words in over and over....

quingog try everything even if it does not look like a word.Also I get alot of practice playing tangleword on www.playsite.com / boogle on www.games.com / I also play some on yahoo on these sites u have 2 to 5 minutes each board so u see all kinds of different boards and learn lots of new words!!

I am so addicted to this game. But I work in a psychiatrist's office and it does help with the stress during the day when I get a couple of minutes to look at the grid. I find most of the words in the morning with my coffee before I go to work, but I log on as soon as I get here.

i'm a nurse, so it helps when i print the grid and get a second to look and see new words...can't ge on the computer at work, so it helps clear the mind, and i find that i find more if i leave and them come back...
