I badly sprained an ankle and unless I regularly do yoga, my ankle, knee and hip are troublesome. Yoga totally eliminates any problems.

GW - not being defensive. Just stating the facts. :/ If I take time off to rest now, my vacation will be cut. :/ Can't have that!

I did ask the doctor whether this limited 'resting' I'm doing will have adverse effects but he said that it will slow down the mending process -- but since I'll be on vacation soon, that shouldn't hurt too much (the mending). So I'm going to be a good girl :D and rest - really rest - as soon as I'm on vacation!
