Jac, I don't know how other people see Tuva, but my take is his sense of humour doesn't dovetail with the rest of us. He has this 'thing' with a 'religion' (a satire of some sort) which he makes constant reference to. Sometimes, people engage with him - sometimes out of frustration, other times it's just banter. But overall, people are being very generous and trying very hard not to be offended when he pushes his message about the 'one true god' of his 'religion'. I haven't seen his post to Miya yet, but I am sure it was probably flippant and he (I hope) didn't mean it.

Every now and then I choose to make a comment about my religion in a post. That is MY choice. And I realize that others may choose to say something unpleasant about my religion. We should be civil.

Personally, I think the FSM website is hillarious. It's a spoof on Intelligent Design. But that's just my opinion. I don't believe in the thing. But I still think it's funny. But that's just me.

*cries big tears* I had and wuved Firefox but something happened to it when I upgraded my spyware program. I could no longer use it even with removing and reloading it...I tried everything. I dislike IE so I switched to my second choice...Opera. I'm still getting used to it but its better than IE.

very easy sherb, all you do is follow the intructions when you download firefox. when you get to the part where it asks you if you want firefox to be your default browser, click on no because you can access firefox by double clicking the icon on desktop. that way you don't mess up your IE settings.

he stroked inside me and the stroke effected his eyes. he had a cataract removed from one eye at age one, the good eye developed a nasty one, and they removed it this past summer to only have his iris stick to the implant 2 weeks later. it is now sticking again, and they feel it is his body's way of rejecting it, and thus removal means instant blindness as he had no vision already out of the right. (sorry for the long post)

Yes, Sarlat is wonderful too. Monpazier is a bastide ( walled village)....much smaller than Sarlat. The people were very friendly to the 4 American ladies who adopted their town for a holiday.
